With Liquid Flow Screed, we are creating a level floor surface with a self levelling anhydrite material which is a blend of binder, selected aggregates, additives and water to produce a smooth flowing screed which is pumped through our machine, straight into the building post floor prep.

With less mess and intense labour our team can install a smooth and even surface ready for the required finished floor. We precisely laser off any required datums set, giving you an accurate thickness so your finished floor is at the right level. We can help with floor thickness queries if necessary.

It is vital that floor preparation is done correctly prior to the screed being poured. Chivers and Co Cornwall are happy to advise or carry out floor preparations which will incorporate floor insulation, visqueen and expansion strip.
